We offer size exchanges or store credit notes in case of returns and exchanges. We would need to be notified about your intent to return within 3 days of delivery. We accept domestic returns within 7 days of product delivery and international returns within 15 days. Anything sent to us post this timeframe will sadly not be accepted.
Domestic Orders:
Please get in touch with us at connect@sensclo.in to make your request. We will carefully review the same and arrange for a pickup of the product from your address.
For returns in the form of store credits, kindly note that a 15% return processing fee will be deducted from the invoice value. The remaining amount will be issued to you as a store credit note, which will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
If you require a size exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 3 business days of receiving the return at our studio. Please be aware that size exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return. If the desired product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued to you automatically, following the deduction of the return processing fee.
International Orders:
For international orders, the return process involves shipping the product back to our studio in Bengaluru, India. To facilitate this process smoothly, please follow these specific steps:
- Mark the parcel as “non-commercial.”
- Mark the parcel as a “gift.”
- Do not insure the parcel.
- Ensure that the declared value of the product is no more than 10 USD.
- Be sure to obtain and provide the tracking number from your chosen service provider.
- Be sure to check with the service provider about any other measures that can be taken to avoid customs at the time of delivery.

- To minimize the chances of your parcel being held at customs, it’s essential to adhere to the above steps. If customs charges are requested, we regret that we won’t be able to accept the parcel. In such cases, the parcel will be rerouted back to you.
- We must inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss, no-show, or charges related to the shipping, both on the way to us and back.
Upon arrival, all garments will be subject to a quality inspection. Sensclo reserves the right to decline acceptance at its own discretion.
